Once again, ML System was among the laureates of the “50 best Polish employers” ranking organized by WPROST magazine. Over 500 largest workplaces in Poland were verified, and our company took the high 14th place.
The idea of this year’s ranking was to select companies that care for their employees both in terms of the form of contract for which employees are employed, offered salaries, the lack of group layoffs in last year, and also about ensuring the remaining working environment conditions. Additional aspect taken into account to select the winners was the help that companies provided to Ukrainian citizens.
