Advanced technologies are increasingly used to improve the functioning of cities and improve the lives of their inhabitants.

The photovoltaic bus shelter is another ML System product that fits in with the Smart City idea. Powered by photovoltaic energy, it is used by public transport passengers as a source of information about bus or tram departures and as a shield against adverse weather conditions such as rain or snow. This modern architectural building has an illuminated showcase with a layout, monitoring, lighting, a charger for smartphones and tablets and Wi-Fi. It can also be equipped with self-snow removal, heated seats and side windows.

The shelter can operate as an autonomous system (without the need for external energy consumption), additionally supported by batteries or connection to the network in case of need for higher energy consumption. Photovoltaic panels are placed on the roof or replace the shelter walls. In this case, frameless glass-glass photovoltaic modules are used. The translucency of the modules and the color of the glass can be matched to the requirements of a specific project. Stops of any dimensions can be made of construction materials such as aluminum and steel, increasing the aesthetic value and extending their functionality.
