“COVID Detector” will support the largest networks of diagnostic tests in Poland

ML System has signed two letters of intent with leading networks of laboratory diagnostic tests aimed at developing the potential of “COVID Detector”. The first was concluded with the company Diagnostyka (diag.pl), and the second with ALAB laboratoria (alablaboratoria.pl).

– The positive assessment of the clinical usefulness of the “COVID Detector” device aroused considerable interest in the diagnostics market, which resulted in signed letters of intent. We intend to introduce the device both in a professional mode, where it is necessary to cooperate with diagnostic companies that have an extensive network of laboratories, such as Diagnostyka and ALAB, as well as in the so-called “Self-control”, where the device can be used for mass testing, among others in workplaces or offices – comments Dawid Cycoń, president of ML System.

The results of the effectiveness of the “COVID Detector” within the scope of the position of the Main Board of the Polish Society of Epidemiologists and Infectious Diseases Doctors on the diagnostic value of antigen tests used in the diagnosis of SARS-CoV-2 infections and the recommendations of the World Health Organization (WHO) regarding sensitivity and specificity of antigen tests, combined with the possibility of quick diagnostics, give ML System a great implementation potential for the device on many markets.
